This two-tone sculpture of the Ark of the Covenant rests on a raised metal base. It features the golden Ark of the Covenant with the angel cherubim on top, being carried on golden poles. Leading the way is a Shofar blower. The holy Ark, containing the Tablets with the Ten Commandments, was an integral feature of the ancient Mishkan, the sanctuary that preceded the Temple.
